I believe the fact that I will refer anyone I know to you who is buying or selling says it all about my experience with you and Nancy. And I will be returning to your agency when I am ready to sell. When you received my referral you promptly contacted me and provided me with information I needed about this area. When we met you listened carefully to my situation and engaged in an informed, professional conversation about current market conditions, what might happen in five years when I am ready to sell, and what kind of home would serve me best in these next few years. I was not ready to move into a condo and yet here I am happily ensconced in one. It was a good recommendation and a good decision. This was not a large sale in the grand scheme of real estate and yet I never felt as if my sale was any less important. Nancy was happy to show me 15 homes in one day and even willing to include my brother-in-law in my house hunting endeavors. And Nancy was always willing to look into homes I found on the internet. Her observations on the properties we looked at were well informed and at all time in my best interest. She turned a stressful experience into a grand adventure which help my anxiety a great deal. I love her sense of humor! The area I chose was not considered in the initial search. I did find it on my own and found the Paladin Club through the internet, but you all picked up on my interest and followed through. And you worked hard with the seller to negotiate the lease-to-own option. I appreciate your following up on the garage situation, contacting another agent to assess the asking price as relative to current market conditions. Your support staff, Christy, was highly organized, very responsive, very personable. She kept on top of every detail and even kept in touch with me over the months after I moved in.
